    Mang Domeng, gumawa ako ng tocino one time at gumamit ako ng crushed fresh pineapple. Baka sobra ang nailagay ko kaya ang resulta ay malata at durog durog ang karne ng maluto ito Kaya palagay ko hindi curing salt ang culprit dahil preservative lang ito, kung di ang pineapple . Nasayang ang lahat at naitapon lang. Dapat juice lang ang ilagay at sundin kong ano ang tamang sukat sa recipe nito. Sinubokan kung gumawa uli at sinunod ko ang recipe. Viola...perfect and yummy..!!!

      yes madaam, antaas sobra ng fiber content ng fresh na pineapple kaya dinurog nya yung karne, pplicable lang siguro tlga sya sa mga inahing baboy, parehas tayong may natutunan madaam, congrats sa tocino mo madaam ❤️

      Loin ata gamit ko jan , pero eto ang term sa frozen.
      Pigue

    Brader, nasobrahan ka ng babad sa pineapple kaya yan naging mushy. Try mo ibabad for like 4 hours lang. Or kung ibabad mo ng matagal konti lang na pinya.
    Ung curing salt is more on preservative lang, Di sya for tenderness.

    Thank you for sharing sir, yung 10x sugar di pwede jan nawawala po tamis pag naluto, table top sugar lang po sya, yung curing salt sir ginawa ko dati sa karne na marination pineapple juice umasim sya nawala tamis nung nag try ako ulit may curing salt dun na nagpantay yung lasa tingin nyo sir napanis kaya ginawa ko?

      nice, daming inputs, nangyari din sakin dati yang nawala yung tamis, as in bland sya, kaso ang cause nmn nung akin gumamit ako ng sprite , naging water yung softdrinks kaya nawala lahat lasa
