Be careful when watching BTOB MVs. You might feel unexpected feelings. Dear Love is my favorite BTOB solo songs btw. You should watch the Tonight with Melody on the original video. You'll understand the "with Melody" part more. It's our debut song because we have singing parts! Love it! No One Knows really is a precious song. It made me understand Eunkwang more and when he let Hyunsik read the lyrics he made, he got shy because Hyunsik might not like it but he did and he was so happy. Gone has an 8 min MV which has a great story. It's with his bestfriend Chorong from Apink.

Hyunsik's song is inspired by Quantum Entanglement Theory. Like even if two particles are away or separated from each other, they are still connected to each other, and correlated it to love. That wherever you are in this world or universe, there is someone who is connected to you and when you meet, you should be in love. 🥺 I loooove this so soooo much. The structure of the song, the instruments, the MV, the lyrics, Hyunsik's voice... And the inspiration... Hyunsik is sooo talented! He is such a genius producer! 🥺💙💙💙
Hyunsik is genius composer, I cry really hard in first time watching dear love MV, and Hyunsik is space maniac, he love all about space.

For eunkwang, though the lyricist is someone else but it really like talking about eunkwang. If you know his personality and the members always talk about eunkwang that never/ don't know how to be angry / scolds members angrily. He always talk nicely and privately if needed.
Huta song is an official collaboration with melody. A collective melody's voices is put together in advance in this song. You should check the long version where melodys voices in it or check some music bank footage where melodys come and really sing together with him. He even lectured and guided melodys for a long time until staffs told him they will start the recording 🤣
Changsub's gone is about his uncertainty in music industry. If you see the mv long version you will understand it. It relates much with him and he wrote the lyrics. His trauma of voice crack in early debut and his predebut story of giving up singing and quit cube until hyunsik and eunkwang talk to him and bring him back to cube and btob.
Hyunsik song also really interesting to dig in. From the lyric to the mv, he got inspired from the Quantum Entanglement Theory. Idk how to elaborate more but it really mind-blowing for hyunsik to relate a song with a scientific theory beautifully

My favorite out of all the solos is Hyunsik's, everything about the album, MV, songs, lyrics, exceeded all my expectations and more - easily made him top of my bias list in this group. And I happen to watch his solo fan meeting before pandemic, they did not allow the audience to use their phones inside the event but giiiiirl- the memories! I'm still not over it T__T
for changsub 's gone I can relate to you when it's not your ballad stuff since the same goes for me as well. for changsub rock ballad i recommend At The End and Shelter. these two have live vocals performance if you prefer it live which is both from dingo.
That's the first version I've seen of Gone where he didn't do the high notes live. I saw one of the other commentators say it was after his surgery so that makes sense. I honestly didn't connect with Gone the first time I heard it, I perfered the b sides and At The End. But it's grown to be probably my favorite btob solo. The lyrics really speak to me. Definately watch the full 7 minute MV. Mochi is an amazing actor.
Eunkwang doesn't write his own stuff, he chose No One Knows because it was the one he kept singing to himself during his military service. It's message makes me want to give him a warm hug! His vocals and really so lovely.

I think most people think that ballad are just love/romantic songs that's full of cringy lyrics, that's why they hate it or get picky with it but btob ballads are different, they're the kind of songs that every people could relate to, I've heard a lot of reactors who hates ballad but when it comes to btob, they're an exception😅😅 they have romantic ballads too but they tend to be kind of deep plus they portray/express the emotions well mv or audio

You'll see him singing w/ Melody and Melody really has parts/lines in the song..it sounds so good. Changsub's GONE is better felt with the mv..it's so good. If this song didn't vibe with you..maybe his AT THE END would. And I really like Hyunsik's DEAR LOVE.. his singing voice is so good..same with his SWIMMING.
Hyunsik's father is a Korean legendary poker song singer and his brother is a music video director. He has great musical talent. He's called the father of BTOB music. He's good at handling musical instruments and writing songs.

I feel like Minhyuk's Good Night is even more unexpected from him. That song is BEAUTIFUL, kinda sad but healing. Another one I really like and am shocked by is his duet with Sungjae, Day Dream. Apart from being a great rapper, dancer and singer, he's also a great composer.
I think if you like rock you could try listening to Shelter (my fav changsub song!) and At the end. Both are amazing.
