Around 25 years ago when I was a little kid I used to have severe stomach problems where I would not go for 1-2 weeks at a time, one time it got so bad we went to the ER and they told me if I did not go that my intensities could rupture. Safe to say I did whatever I possibly could cause that scared the literal sht out of me. One of the most painful experiences that I can still remember. The fact that people want to purposely do this is out of this world insane.

It was like endgame snake in my intestines😂 I remember I had to drink some black fluid and then they flushed me out with tubes and stuff… not one of my better memories
What is the benefit ? is a sensible question, but at what scale I would ask. For the individual none, but for humanity and Darwinism, it's a solid win. I have a medical issue where i get constipated for around a week then get hit with the squirts for a day. Im here to say when the cork comes out it HURTS!!! I wish i could have a normal digestive system.
I went 18 days involuntary and thought I was going to die… went to the hospital on day 16 and back again on day 17… (I can laugh and joke about it now, but in the moment it was an extremely traumatizing experience… I’d never let it go that far again )

We realized how bad that was and the next year we started the dump club. It went from not taking a dump for a week to who could take the most dumpster in a week. And the rules to the dump club were just silly and wild. But it was fun. Can't do that silly nonsense anymore now that I'm 40.
