I absolutely LOVE that you talked about weight and celiac disease. I was diagnosed with Celiac back in March along with a dairy allergy and I was one of those people where I literally reached 200 lbs and could not figure out why. It was normal for me to fluctuate severely but never had I reached that weight. It got to a point where I was barely even eating. Lo and behold it was because I had celiac and my intestines were swollen, and I immediately dropped twenty pounds after I changed my diet accordingly. Now my weight stays consistent between 170-175 but more importantly I don't feel like I'm literally dying anymore. The misinformation spread about gluten and weight gain, especially with gluten intolerance and celiac, is crazy. Thank you for helping us feel seen. 💚

Just as a side note people can eat "shitty" and be skinny or fat. What you eat doesn't always determine your size. Hormones, health conditions, genetics, etc. have an impact. Also, what that lady said at Trader Joe's about being gluten free will keep you skinny is so harmful.

Doesn’t makes sense it’s not bad for you if you tolerate it and multiple studies and experts in nutrition say you shouldn’t cut it out just because you think it makes you skinny or healthy it’s not the case at all.
