You say to use silken tofu but the recipe on the link says firm tofu...which is it please?
You can use either.
They used silken, u can tell because when it blended it was smooth in texture, firm tofu would become crumbly and would probably not smoothen out like that, or would at least require a liquid to help smoothen it out
"add your harrissa paste" proceeds to add harrissa powder.

Buttered toast for vegan dish? Might as well just use eggs.
It’s just a word they probably used vegan butter or oil to toast it
