Arun Aslesh If Gas Leaking is such a big concern in your area then you should go with LG Ocean Black Fin AC and talking About TCL AC I am not sure whether they provide a coating on their u Bends or not because in our area TCL is not so Popular in ACs That's why I am not able to test TCL AC in a nearby Offline Store.

What I saw is that in the outdoor coil, only the U bend of copper pipes had coating. The straight part of the coil - which is the copper pipes running through the fins - does not have any coating at all. This means that corrosion and leakage can happen from the straight part. I could not seen indoor coil. But I suspect that only the U bends would be covered. I have seen that most "blue-fin" AC have the blue coating throughout the fins and straight sections running in between coils. All my AC with blue fins have worked well for atleast 5 years.
In Lg 's graphs suggested that ocean black is way better than gold coating. What about blue coating? And 2022 panosonic released blue+ coating. So which is best for longevity ? Ocean black or blue+
You are wrong about ocean black coating not being there on fins of indoor unit coil in LG ac.. there is a layer of ocean black coating but on top of it there is another layer silver color hydrophobic coating.. to tackle condensation on the coil.. thats why the fins are silver in color and not black..
