You can notice each increment in excitement, growing towards a concluding GSL final. To anyone: I recommend to watch this from the very beginning.
I tried watching it on afreeca and it was only 59 minutes long when the vod showed 3 hours. Lol what a cluster. I haven't looked it up on liquipedia in hopes something isn't totally broken.
Game 1: Last fight. Sos just has a bigger better army. Trap's army seems strong and bulky because of the immortals (3 only) that eats up the supplies + phoenixes' supplies. the immortals were shooting at zealots and phoenixes didn't do that much. Sos has STORMs and templars, and he has a healthier flows of zealots in the engagement. Trap was also fighting in a chokepoint; Sos simply has a nicer concave. Sos wins. Game 2: Sos's style may be the right and fun way to play Starcraft. But Trap means business when he uncover all Sos's tricks (knocking out Innovation says enough) Game 3: Saving the one immortal with the warp prism caused Sos to lose all his sentries. 2 immortals and a few sentries won Trap the game at the end. I'm a big fan of Innovation and Sos so to see them out this early is pretty stunning. These games , however, were great, so I'm not complaining much.
All my favorite players, in every sport I watch are the same: interesting, volatile and great... but borderline not champions. (I know sOs won a long time ago, but that''s a long time ago.) I 'm beginning to wonder if he's really motivated to do the hard work required to be a champion again.
I'm actually okay with these results. Trap is a Jinair boy as well, and good to see him getting to the RO8. Besides, $O$ can't get too deep into too many GSL's if he is going to barely scrape into Blizzcon at the last minute :^)
@@Matthew-uv6gl I remember in their interviews some said they hoped Trap and Cure had good results this year. So part of me wonders if he really gave it his all. True though he's gotta do well in the last super tournament and place decently in gsl so he can squeak by and win blizzcon.

Game 1: I noticed sOs also had more stalkers that were providing DPS from the back the whole time. Do you think that made a difference?

A little. The double headsets they wear block most of the surrounding noise to allow them to concentrate.
