Sherry Lewis should have been Lead Prosecution Attorney instead of Marcia Clark. You could tell she was not bullshitting from day one. Marcia Clark was always smiling and getting played by the defense. Sherry Lewis did not like none of the Defense and they knew it.

You're a fool. Marcia Clark was an excellent prosecutor. This case was lost because of OJs celebrity status and the race card which the Scheme Team played every second. They knew this from the start because of the jurors answers. Even though OJ seemed to prefer white people in his inner circle. The jurors (mostly black people) were duped and were biased.

With all these witnesses who were in their residences I've never heard a lawyer ask if their windows were open or closed. That seems like a key point.
Think without Johnny Cochran on board the defence would have struggled to get a not guilty verdict. As a lawyer he ticks all the boxes, charismatic, engaging and comes across as being very approachable. I can see why the jury and witnesses like Rosa Lopez liked him
nah. jury admitted multiple times since this trail they nullified as payback for rodney king plus the women were in awe of OJ the psycopath

Another witness not remembering what they said ORIGINALLY. When you are lying and/or trying to tailor your testimony to fit the prosecutions case then you will have memory loss.

why would they do that when the defense will pop up with their transcript every time. wonder how you would do under the bright spotlight of this circus? these lawyers expect ppl who were thrust into this trial through no fault of their own to have photographic memory and total recall of every little detail. the defense uses that to paint these witnesses as liars or incompetent.

Ms Clark will always have to have the last word; a witness five months later, to hearing dogs barking isn't a good witness, especially when all she can testify to is sound's of dogs barking.......from inside her house. The boy friend was even worse, it's as if Ms Clark is trying a little to hard with people who seen absolutely nothing of relevancy. OJ couldn't be banging on Brian Kalen's wall if he's at the crime scene.......
Trying to establish a time line by dogs barking vs taking a immediate liver temperature was a big mistake by detectives some nine hours later. This case was lost right from the start with Ms Clark and Mr. Darden as the interracial prosecution team, that's why Gil Garcitti replaced Hodges with Darden to make it look like they weren't out to get OJ. They were already playing the race card before they got caught up in it, prosecuting a interracial murder case between OJ and Nicole Simpson. As for Ronald Goldman, he was barely ever mentioned during the trial, other then wrong place at the right time of a murder delivering a pair of glasses!

I think the dog would have started barking when it was left alone and began mourning the death after pawing at Nicole. So if the barking/wailing was at 10:30, the murder could have been within the prior 1/2 hour.

Liam Green I mean an SDT served timely or an order from the court, if not followed, will result in contempt charges. So I guess you do have a choice. Jail or testifying.. Thanks for helping me clear that up. If I’m missing anything else let me know. If we want to get off into the weeds and start adding stuff like retaining an attorney and filing a motion to quash and all that Jazz we can probably add a couple more..

Cochrane misspoke many times in this trial, yet he hammers Fuhrman for saying "them" and not "it". This jury was too racist and ignorant to see what Cochrane was doing.
