Whi bhai agar gaadi kharidke usmein petrol nhi bhara sakte toh mat hee lo , cycle chalao main bhi chalata hun maja aata hai simple 🙂

There should be a sensor in fuel pump which should stop the fuel pump when petrol is less and thus prevent fuel pump from getting damaged.
Not likely, as it can pose as a hazard, in case pump stops while rider is say on a highway 10kms away from fuel station but very late at night... Would the person have to push the bike for 10kms???.. what if he gets mugged or robbed???... In such cases, risking or shortening of pump life is s better deal.. so my friend, its unlikely any manufacturer will develop such a feature...
@@sudhanshudeshpande6511 there are sensors in the bike and an ECU which controls all the system. What if the ECU gets shorted out or any sensor is blown in middle of night?? We cannot take exceptions as you are saying.
@@jasmeetsingh3512 - something was telling me that you will respond like this. . . People with your intellectual level can have a better solution.. when you have to buy BS6 as a mandate, go ro local mechanic and get the bike converted by putting in a carburettor. . . It will not run as smooth or be as reliable as actual carburetted version. . But hey, all the anti BS6 arguments would have been addressed... . 😆
@@jasmeetsingh3512 just to help you understand. . ECU does not get shorted by itself while riding. . It can happen only when unqualified mechanics tamper with it. The sensors can never get blown. . Fuses do. .. and every manufacturer gives spare fuses in the fuse box on the vehicle. .
@@sudhanshudeshpande6511 i really can't say how knowledgeable you are in technical aspects. My friend you still have a lot to learn. Sensors may turn bad with age. We have been getting some sensors in 4 wheelers since past many years. It is not something new. Go get your facts right.

I love my fi system using since 2017 gixxer sf fi abs never fail to start 1-2 self is enough in any condition. And about reserve let asume the last baar of fuel indicator as a reserve and happy with your ride simple. one more thing no require of unusual raving the engine just after start leave the engine running for 30-40 sec and ready to ride.

You're correct that fuel pump requires good amount of fuel or it will stop functioning after repeated low fuel running, that's where carbs shines, but we already have so many manufacturers selling FI motorcycles for their BS4 productions so a lot of ppl have got used to the technology
Would be better if the manufacturers make a proper and better update in FI.
Only hitting the "environment friendly" tag won't make it to many.

@Prateek Rathee Nahi yar.. Wo faltu baat Kar raha Hai.. Itne log use Kar rahe activa bs6.. Unme se kisi ne nahi kaha ki fuel pump kharab ho gaya.. Wo sab to normal scooty type hi use Kar rahe honge na.. So problem hoti to samne Aa jati..
fuel pump petrol me dooba hua hona chahiye otherwise garam ho kar jalne k chances hain. ab kitne fuel me submerge ho raha hai wo tank kaisa hai uspe depend karta hai, generally 1.5 to 2 litre is safe. Manual me likha rahega iske bareme ki kitna rakhna hai.

मेरी टीवीएस ज्यूपिटर (TVS Jupiter, February- 2021) का फ्युल पम्प 6 महीने में ही खराब हो गया और उसको मुझे बाहर से बदलवाना पड़ा क्योंकि सर्विस सेंटर (TVS Sabharwal, Rama Road, New Delhi) वालों ने नहीं बदला । मुझको लगता है की FI सिस्टम इन छोटी टंकी वाली गाड़ियों जैसे स्कूटी इत्यादि में कामयाब नहीं होगी कारण इसका साफ है की हर 2 दिन बाद कोई क्यों पेट्रोल पम्प पर जा कर खड़ा होगा । अब स्कूटी के समाप्त/मार्किट से पलायन का समय आ गया है ।

For my FZ V3. I fill fuel tank to full and as soon as it hits reserve. Like for 12.8L tank it gets 2L reserve tank. Will that effect my Fuel Injector??
