That is a lot of yeast for four cups of flour. So much yeast will give stomachache so be careful when using high amounts. I would put less than half of tea spoon and rest the dough rest at room temperature over night. None the less good recipe, I will try it out in my wood pizza oven and see how it goes.
A perfect recipe it comes out better if minced meat is uncooked I have tried it with chicken and beef with cooked and uncooked meat my kids loved it better with uncooked meat.
Just an update so I made them again yesterday I had used 8 cups of flour and doubled everything except oil (6 tbs) Came out great I added cheese but it was a little less so didn't taste much different next time I will add 1 part keema and 2 parts cheese In Shaa Allah

Can we grill the naans instead of baking it? Looks delicious though. Finding it too time consuming when you need to make it for the family. Hope grilling it gives the same taste and effect
Dear Hina Sis, phalay aap nay oven pre heat karna hai 30 min. Phir aap nay top kay rods ON karnay hain, or 3 ya 4 naan raknay hain, phir door ko video kay set time ka mutabik bake karain oor door na open karain.

This looks the best out of all the recipes I've seen online. I would fry or bhoono the qeema with ginger garlic though. There is a smell otherwise
