Some barbers are confusing sharp blades with misaligned blades. Sharp clipper blades and scissors are essential to a good haircut. Misaligned clipper blades and nicked scissor blades need to be repaired as soon as possible.
Sharp clipper blades are designed to cut hair! Sharp misaligned clipper blades will cut your client.
And, dull clippers blades or scissors won't cut shit.

this is a great post but what i have learned is that you want then right below the top blade..so that they don't bite. Only do this if you know who to hand sharp blades. I cut hair at UT and I have learned that not all customers like the mega sharp blades, which are more prone to cut. Have a steady hand and adjust correctly like my boy Adeezy said. I adjust mine to be right below the top blade and my clippers cut every so nicely. So if you are gonna be a barber..know your clippers and clients.

I bought a fade blade for my improved andis master clippers because the regular blade just "wasn't cutting it" no pun intended. lol. BUT if I zero gap my REGULAR master blade like you just showed, will the now zero-gapped master with the regular blade allow me to blend out the first skin fade line that I make with my andis t-outliner?

thanks for the tips man--i had just bought a new t-outliner and it was not cutting crisp enough--i thought i knew how to adjust all ready but last time i tried i took the bottom two screws all the way out and i think thats what messed me up--this time i just loosend them and i was able to adjust the clippers to be much sharper!

Thanks man. I've been trying to adjust mine since I got them. All people would tell me is to even them out. But by using a flat surface perfect. Thanks much appreciated. Whoever put up that dislike must be blind your vids are very detailed, I know you giving away your secrets but if someone wants to learn im sending them your way

Adeezy...the help and support is priceless ! Appreciate the information. Question ? After following your advice on how to adjust the blades to 0 on the Andis Masters there is loud noise from the short blade when I turn them on...What do you think could be the problem ?

had the same problem when I did mines also, my fix was as follows:
On the right side of the clippers (from them facing you) or (opposite side of Off/On Switch) there will be a screw that has a slot for a flathead screw driver and 2 tiny holes. The only one you need to screw is the flathead screw CLOCKWISE and that'll make the sound go away. Make sure their on so you can hear if it goes away or not. Let me know if it works for you man

Everything in this video correct, and its a great vid. But to add the most popular flat surface to use when adjusting blades would be a mirror. Use a mirror. Also when adjusting your blades you Should always take apart the entire blade system, it is a great time brush out hair build up that you can't reach between haircuts.
