I love this video every year! We went early and i got the library and the alpaca petting zoo to add to my village 😊 i love visiting the axolotls when I'm there too. They were definitely still setting up when we went, we couldnt find the lemax now they've moved it, the house wasn't there and neither was the house at the entrance but it was still a fun trip

I managed to go to a garden centre this year, it was amazing love it. I love these Christmas videos. I wore my first Christmas jumper on Tuesday it's never to early to wear Christmas clothes. I always decorate my bedrooms and bathrooms.
Iv got mostly Disney Christmas decorations but iv bought a ginger bread train and santa in a hot Air Balloon this year from home bargains. Can’t wait to see all your decorations 🎄💕🎄🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Our Christmas theme is bright blue, lime green and purple - sounds weird looks amazing on the tree as base tinsel and baubles :) then we also have bells and we pick 1 or 2 new decorations as a family each year which I love :) this weekend for the first time in over 22 years we are going to a Christmas tree farm to choose a real tree, I could not be more excited and as my fav Christmas film is National Lampoons Christmas Vacation - hoping for no squirrels :D Looking forward to seeing your tiny village next week, I love tiny houses but I have a tiny house so no room for tiny houses to go in my tiny house ha ha ha ha xx

I grew up in a tacky Christmas family. My mom has an entire tabletop tree of just wacky Santas. Along with another tree for sparkly ornaments. As for me, I went slightly less chaotic. My theme is red, white, wood, and metallic. It ends up being kind of folksy/Scandi. I also have a loose theme of birds. I know robins are a popular Christmas bird in the UK. Here, it’s cardinals which are just bright red all over. So I have some of them and some other birds. I buy a new ornament every year. This year, it’s a little felt penguin wearing an oversized red parka. I don’t have any breakable ornaments because I have a cat. My parents are going on a river cruise down the Danube to see the Christmas markets in December and I might ask them to bring me back a swan or dove ornament if they see one.

Emma before I started following you I did not have a Christmas village… I now have a gradually growing collection of Christmas houses! We go to Webbs of Wychbold too (I love it there so much) and we got the library and some lampposts this year! 🎄♥️🎄
I have a bow tree in my kitchen 🎀🌲 bringing me a lot of Christmas joy 🤩 my theme is modern Victorian x ( sadly vintage Victorian decor is very expensive) hence the modern twist stays pretty much the same every year try to add alittle every year.
Lots of Victorian Christmas decs were handmade. You could definitely make some super pretty, inexpensive, vintage looking Victorian decorations ☺️ I work in museums and have to do the decorating for Christmas in different time periods. I spent MONTHS making all our decorations by hand last year and they were a huge hit ❤
That's where I buy my Lemax too. I love that it's your tradition to get yours from there too. We always go in October on a weekday and make a day of it. I said the first year that we'd buy one house a year. It's a few years later, and now we have run out of room 🙈😂 Didn't stop us from buying 3 more this year 😂
I have an axolotl and my mum has one as well. Avoid 😂. They live for 15 to 20 years and are rather boring. They don't do a lot. I'm a fish keeper and even I think they are rather dull. They are also fairly difficult to keep and quite specific care they need if they get sick!xx
Not liking the “non christmassy” stuff this year like dinosaurs and all the pastel pink stuff 😂 I saw a pizza slice bauble the other day hope this trend doesn’t stick around 😱
