Can you use your own biz email for the sender email.....OR....can you use a client's email? If using a client's email, I'm assuming you'll need them to give you that confirmation code so it can be verified. Don't know the possibilities w/in Squarespace so just curious how that can work for multiple clients sites who may want to do the newsletter & newsletter automation. Thank you!

I would like to put an unsubscribe button directly on my website as I don’t send out many newsletters and some people lose the original email to unsubscribe… (sucks yes, but I don’t want to offend people or spam them!)… how do I get the code to paste in and create an unsubscribe button to create? It depends on your Email Marketing Platform. This may be trickier than you think, as you need a way to connect the button click to a specific account. You could set up another mailing list that they sign up for. Then manually go in every once in a while to delete the subscribers that sign up for that list.
You can't use MailerLite in Squarespace Personal Plan. It's because you need to be able to embed a MailerLite code into SquareSpace. You need at least a business plan to embed codes. (took me hours and hours to figure that out).

Yes, you can export your subscribers and then upload it to the new system. It depends on the system you move to. Each one would work slightly differently and may be a smoother transition than others. If you connect to google drive, it saves the emails in a Google Sheet. This may be a good backup for you to have set up if you can see yourself moving in the future.
