Great efforts VDM, however, there is still insecurity in various other LGAs of Borno as a state. You visited Maiduguri, and Maiduguri is one of the safest areas to be not only in Borno state alone but across the country (most probably because of the level of military presence and alertness). So Maiduguri cannot be used as a bases of assessing other locations. However I can agree with you that there could be other issues as mentioned. The government has a lot to do too honesty. Thanks.
