Wow, used to believe that the cold spray's just for surface treatment, turns out to be a useful way to 3D print as well! Amazing work!

Is it low pressure cold spray for copper ? The equipment ofr copper seemed smaller
Great question! We are manufacturing high pressure cold spray systems, but in fact copper is usually sprayed with our Impact Spray System 5/8 (smaller system). Find more details here:

Will any post treatment (heat treatment ) methods is needed? As this coating will be of highly deformed particles.

This is very interesting, i would like to see more of this
