1 kg Indo - pacific King Mackerel (Surmai)
For Marination
2 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp water
Wheat Flor 1/2 cup
For Gravy
3/4 cup Oil For Frying Fish and Gravy
2 Bay Leaf
2 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Black Peppers
5-6 Cloves
1 black Cardamoms
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Onions (chopped)
2 tsp Green Chilies Paste
2 tsp Ginger GarlicPaste
1 cup Tomato Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
2 tbsp Biryani Masala Powder
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Chopped Coriander and mint Leaves
Salt
For Biryani
1 kg Basmati Rice
2 bay leaves
2 Black Cardamom
2 inches Cinnamon Stick
3 green chillies
Coriander leaves
Salt
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
