Greninja is so OP that as long as you have it on your team you will win. I watched my buddy who has a hundo greninja win 5 battles in a row against opponents who brought full 3 legend teams and two of them he cleared the board with greninja only and didn't even have to bring out his second.
Wait, where's the issue in that? I see that as a good thing, there's more variety and you can experiment and use a lot more Pokémon. The present meta does have some issues, like the current dominance of water types, but I wouldn't count more diversity as one of them.
