Users do not like scroll jacked sites, but they never fail to get UX nerds all hot and bothered as this video shows. It’s not a user experience; it’s designer’s porn.
Yeah definitely. Having 3D and interactive elements into your website can improve your UI design, adding depth and a dynamic user experience that truly captivates :)
Thanks @ux peak for posting these consistenly You are truly showing us the peaks in UI UX Design and that there are new peaks that await to be conquered
"Awesome video! The UI/UX designs you highlighted are stunning. I’d love to know, which design tools should I learn to create designs like those featured on those beautiful websites? Thanks!"
Just another example of where the age old "The fact that you can doesn't mean you should." applies. These websites are mostly unusable and frustrating. I would really like to see a real person with an interest in those companies' services interact with these websites and comment on their experience. Not a designer who is wowed to see something "different and cool".
That's a great question. AI will affect designers quite a lot. The best future proof solution is to become the best you can be in the field, build your reputation, and learning how to use AI to your advantage. I would suggest learning how to use chatGBT for helping you with design solutions, to formulate script for user interview, to summarise learnings from the interview. I think in terms of producing the good UI, the AI is not there yet, but it soon will be. If you want to take a small step today, we do have an eBook chatGTP for UX/UI design that you might want to check out. www.uxpeak.com/chatgpt-for-ux-ui-design The one thing I would say is keep improving, be flexible, and stay up to date with new AI releases.
That's BS, sorry. I think accessibility is important but it's often used as an excuse for mediocre designs. The purpose of these websites is to convert their audience. It depends who your target audience. If your audience are people with disabilities and generally older, then yes accessibility should be your priority. Please don't use the word accessibility as an excuse for poor creativity. These websites are awesome. You can still have accessibility settings on them for people who need that.

I've been thinking of normal 2D website and app designs
Gosh
These guys are clearly designing for Web 3
Kudos
This has just expanded my thinking

How will AI affect UI/UX designers and how to use it to make better Designs ?

I checked the first one, it's very LAGGY! almost unusable.
This is a good point. If it is Laggy, it doesn't matter how good it looks like.
is not laggy, you just probably have GPU acceleration turn off on Chrome, I just saw it and it runs really really smooth.
@@adyyeahfulthe website should be lightweight and not engaging to much gpu and cpu since it is not a tool.
You have created this all website
No, we haven't :)
@@uxpeak hoo I was thinking you create this 🥺🥺
i think this sites devs💀🔥🥵

Yea but none of these websites are accessible so they would all fail accessibility standards.

@@andrealiptakova9168I agree
But there is more to the story. Like what exactly do we mean by accessible?
Great
Glad that you like it :)
But do they convert? How much cognitive overload do they cause?
lunch on discord
That's a great suggestion, thank you friend! :)
not a single real e-commerce website? hm… i’m disappointed!
