CDD? Pricing?
No CDD, No HOA. At the time we filmed this was priced at $374,900 with a $25,000 “Flex Cash” incentive. So essentially it could be purchased at $350k or somewhere in between and use the remaining flex to buy down the interest rate on the mortgage.

Moranda has terrible reputation and very poor reviews.
Lots of the big builders have bad reviews. It’s tough because these are built different all across the country. Specifically to Maronda, some of the homes I’ve seen them build are super basic and others are a lot higher end.
