Hello guys, I send send my congratulations to all those of you who say for the GED and made it. I have a friend who will like to know how to register himself for the GED examination in France since there isn't a GED center there.
Question 3, if the electoral votes is less than 120, the answer will still be A since electoral votes is the most important matter to determine which candidate can be the president?
I am sure there is a history of the popular vote and electro college system, but this system is so crazy, complicated and not making sense. It should be a popular vote system period.
