Because, the police are worthless, incapable and useless who forget valuable information in Hollyoaks. It takes John Paul 2 or 3 months to crack the case of Breda being the murder. But, it takes the Detective practically a whole year to try and solve Breda being the murder.
P.S. Maybe the writers want it to be that way.

Elijah Kianzambi Mbila he’s only back for a year but said if the writing and storylines are good then he’s willing too stay longer!?! She’s only gone for a few weeks then she’ll be back because she and Warren have a massive showdown over the twins. And the real reason Jamie agreed to return was because they’re going to show his backstory and how, why and who made him like he is? That’s why he’s been talking about his childhood a lot since he came back!?! The bully he told Brody about is about to show up, they’ve not revealed who the actor is yet just that he’s extremely well known to everyone and Warren will have met his match again like he did with Brendan but this guy is meant to be a lot worse then Brendan! Jamie revealed it all in an interview. Bryan took him out for dinner and pitched this storyline to him about going back to the beginning of Warren Fox and the actions and people who shaped and made him the person he is? Which Jamie agreed to straight away because Warrens past has never been fully revealed. This new storyline is going to show a lot that’s why they’re bringing in the bully because he’s the main person who made Warren the man he is, with special flashback episodes showing his childhood and what he went through in great detail. I love Sienna and Broady together and yes I acknowledge he did cheat on her by sleeping with her little sister which is gross ,but having said all that he brings the best out of her and is the character that has the most influnce when it comes to her character development. When Broady came into her life you saw a more compassionate, level headed (yes she does have her moments of madness) and more mature version of herself. I have no idea why vermins (Warenna shippers) want Sienna and Warren back together. Are you insane? You want the man who robbed the chance of Sienna becoming a mother by taking her children away from her. I love Warren as a character but I don't want this dude with Sienna

That has been my question like if he didn’t hold her hostage then Sienna and him would have been good and he would have been able to see his children. Maybe they would have even reconciled and been married but he always have done reckless things. It’s insane.

That idea didn’t even register until she found out that he was going to take the babies from Grace. He manifested that mess all on his own. Hell, they we’re going to get married. He forced her hand by holding her hostage. I don’t understand why he thought she was going to take the kids from him in the first place.
