Cant we apply the boxshaddow with out changing the color , I mean when we off set the values x,y as shown in the video our card size is also increasing by 10 px . I am struggling here.But thanks sir your videos are great🔥, any solutions please🙂
I am not sure there are other ways. I did not try them. But in the size is too big for you, then you can reduce he inner container size first. And then apply shadow. Then your total size would be fine.

I am on android studio. In general I do control + s, it save and hot reload automitically and I can see the changes. But for vs code it could be different. But you can preview on simulator as well. If you want to preview the changes in browser then hit r, and it should auto reload the changes you made.
