Airbrushing the shadow colour on the soldiers rather than a black coat with glazes- such an obviuos and time saving idea and one I am going to try asap. Fantastic results.
These are goregous, I look forward to seeing the final diorama. With your skill and clear instruction method, I'm surprised AK, or any other big scale manfacturer hasn't contacted you yet.
Simply fantastic. I really enjoyed your video, I use a very similar process to paint my miniatures but watching how you do it defiantly will improve what I do. I look forward to watching everything you post. Thank you.
Greetings my German friend, that was a absolutely outstanding painting video, I have now subscribed to the channel so I do not miss any more videos, very best regards from a Kiwi ( New Zealander) living in Australia, Les
Wow! Just anazing!! How beautiful and intresting painting process. The figures will look super cool on the diorama! Also this scene of paras being offerd wine by the french is quite iconic, the contrast from the fighting shows very nicley in the diffrence of apperance of the figures. Keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot for your kind words, much appreciated 😊 yes I like these non battle scenes, and these figures were perfect for placing them into this scene👌 hope it will match nicely 🤞😬
Hi, for metalic parts of a model, have you tried black then using a soft black pencil such as a B4 or B5, go over the black. It gives a soft metalic look. Hope that is of interest. Kind regards Lexi.
Hi, yes actually I tried that in the past, using a pencil. It really has an interesting effect, and is looking very metallic. But this time I wanted to try using only acrylic paints to recreate this effect, because it's not that shiny than graphite, but can also look very convincing. And I think I will try it more in the future, because it's matching nice to the look of the rest of the figure. But thank you for your hint👍
I am looking forward to learning from your video. I wonder where you found those four figures. Living in US, I cannot seem to find these figures. Perhaps you can provide me a clue? And indeed, where might someone find the PE items you found? I have had no success finding these items.
Happy to hear that my video is helpfull 😊 you should get the figures on Dynamo-models.com, I don't know if they are on Ebay.com. I bought the PE parts on a german online shop, I guess they also should be available on ebay🤔
Another great painting tutorial, I do have one question, when applying the glazes, do you let the glaze dry between coats? Best regards from Australia.
Thank you🙏 the blending brush is from a cheap set from Amazon, no name brand. It doesn't have to be a good one, it just has to be soft and wide. I'll check the link, thank you👍
@@biberhunter_scale_models well your efforts certainly payed off. So that means when I try it will take me three times as long 😂 ho well if you don't try you'll never get there.😊
hello!:) I want to try to repeat the painting of the figure of a farmer with a pitchfork after you. what paint did you use to paint the farmer's pants and shirt?

Another great painting tutorial, I do have one question, when applying the glazes, do you let the glaze dry between coats? Best regards from Australia.
Thank you🙏 yes let them dry, so you don't reactive it and wash it away. Should dry fast as they are so thin👌
Good job on those
Thank you🙏

great video what brand is your blending brush? excellent work 👌🏻👍🏻 when i click on the dynamo models link is it not working.

Great job on the figures. I hope you don't mind but how long did it take to paint all 6 figures.
Thank you🙏 I was working almost two months on them next to real life including a holiday and sickness. So I wasn't working five hours a day on them😅

조만간 베트남 전쟁 디오라마를 제작할 예정인데 거기에 사용할 피규어 제작에 많은 도움이 되겠네요. 감사합니다~😊😊
Das freut mich sehr zu hören, dann viel Erfolg dabei👍😊
May I ask the model of your H&S Ultra? I dont think it is the Ultra 2024.
Well, it's no 2024 Ultra, I have it for three years now, but I can't say from when year it is🤔
