- In this video, I show you how to use a Speedy Stitcher Sewing Awl, and how to use the awl to put a jenpro patch on the worn out & frayed binding of a goalie blocker thumb pad.
Here are the links to purchase a Speedy Stitcher and thread if you'd like to get one for yourself:
Speedy Stitcher: www.amazon.com...
The Speedy Stitcher comes with a roll of brown waxed thread, but here's a link to a source that carries a bunch of different colors. Make sure to get the #415 size as that will create a super strong stitch: www.thethreade...
Awesome.....grabbing one!!
Love the speedy stitcher.
Huge find. Thanks for sharing. I am gonna try this on a set of Pro Laces. Customizing length. I used a heavy duty needle and it was somewhat of a pain.
Love this stuff! Could you do one on repalming / patching players gloves?
And also replacing binding on the toe of goalie pads? Thank you
I don't do much with player gloves, but I'll try to shoot videos on blocker repalms and replacing the toe binding. Thanks!
