After trying everything (2 days), it was this video that pointed me to the solution. Many many thanks.

Excellent job making the best tutorial out there but lose the distracting hick music onward.

This is very informative and easy to follow but you didn't mention which blinking lights are on to tell you this is the problem.

Where can I find the gasket for this flowmeter. My dishwasher did not have one when I took off the original flow meter and I purchased a new flow meter and it did not come with a gasket. Is that something I can find?

disconnect the wires leading to the float compartment. thats the wire closest to the front of the dishwasher and then try and see if it will run like normal. this will tell you if that compartment and sensor is the problem.

Thanks for the video. I have mold in my case sensor. Is it possible to clean or do I need to replace it?

I cleaned mine when it happened a couple of years ago. But I also ordered a new piece. Now it’s acting up again so I’m going to use the new part. I actually just shook water in there and let the float do the scrubbing.

Can I use an ohm meter to tell if my flow meter is bad? I'm not getting a reading in any sequence between the three wires (yellow, black, brown) that come out of the flow meter.

Heavy and Smart Auto buttons flashing. Starts to fill then drains. We cleaned the flow meter box the first time and the dishwasher worked for the next 4-6 times. Same code again so we replaced the flow meter and cleaned the filter. The dishwasher worked for another 4-6 times. Same problem again, water begins to fill and then drains. Any other solutions?
