Nobody is banned for these and you can host lobbies being a cheater while banning other cheaters. Who cares in the end if people cheat in pd2, the devs clearly dont.
I mean, I have some sliver of respect to cheaters when they own that they're cheaters, but the ones that have obvious cheats and then deny, like the one in this vid, they can fuck off.
I am the one that played safe house raid with you, got shot by your commando, and you wasted all of my medic bag. I really didn't understand why, and I still is. I heard that you hate cheaters or stupid shit. if you spot cheaters then you become toxic. but I never use cheat or cheat mod like silent assasin, carry stacker, better bot, etc... literally nothing. did I do something stupid? I'm not a skilled player and I got downed in front of you, but was that a 'bad act'?
@@mementocity no, no cheat mod. not at all. I was just using vanilla hud +, weapon attachment customizer and fast casino(which doesn't effect gameplay at all. just faster offshore payday)

What if he is cheating? I agree its annoying that he isnt in a private match. When that I happens I just leave, man this game it has been like this for years. There are no surprises here. Anyone can do exactly what he did just downloading wemods, its free. You can have godmode, piercing ammo, unlimited armor, extreme fast fire, unlimited ammo, max level, max skill points and more with one push of a button. You Kev are probably cheating too, but you know what? I dont care, even if you say if you dont cheat or if you are lying about it.

if you buy a DLC without restarting your game, and create a DLC contract, it'll say that you're cheating by making an invalid contract, same for guns

grab any sniper zerk build and slap that (broken) weapon in there, with the added benefit of being able carry an akimbo weapon
You can use any contractor or dmr sniper build and just put that weapon in there instead

they had a patch for hacker ecm heals to blocked without a mod... so there's no need.
