I think you will make a good mentor or private trainer. You can help people overcome their mental weaknesses as well as improve physically. I think you should set up an international online school for improvement We all need to be reminded about your simple truths otherwise we succomb to making concessions which distract or entangle us down the line . Did you have an epiphany when you realized this wisdom or has it just been revealed to you as you got older.? I am 60 now and i can look back and reflect on where i want wrong , where i stumbled and what i should have really done..I find when making decisions i stand back and weigh everything up instead of diving in head first However when it comes to adopting a keep fit regime and giving up certain foods im so weak.😊😊😊

Exactly lad,I realized this and woke up to. This years ago when I just escaped a 4 year prison term,there was all sorts of shit happening in my fucked up life,door was getting kicked in by bizzies all the time,mate murdered,nowadays most of my "associates" have either done long porridge or are still doing it now or they are dead!
