But i did'nt saw you when you energize the scannner unit

I replaced the magnetron but it is not transmitting after warm up so I placed the old magnetron but again after warming up it is not transmitting, can you please advise me what could be the problem?

Check for the wiring and after warming up go with short band/range

You need to complete graduation, best option is to call collages like anglo eastern and t s rehman and clear all doubt.
