In all seriousness, how many of those karate dan grades watching that demonstration would ever be able to do that type of karate and actually walk normally the next day?
I am 46 and I practice this kata with no problems. But Unsu is a bit harder for me these days in particularly landing the jump.
I know the feeling, but I haven't given up. I'm 61, about to be 62 soon. Lol.
