Yeah, Blood Echo is Oni's best teachable currently. Being able to inflict the Exhausted status effect is really good! It's best on the Legion and Plague probably but most Killers can make use of it. Zenshin Tactics, as of right now, is good only on Clown. Nemesis is good for meme builds. I feel that the reason that Blood Echo is good on Oni is that it encourages healing. When survivors heal they leave blood, which gives the Oni more power to just instant down people again. I mostly use it on Legion alongside Mind Breaker because dealing with Exhaustion perks can be the bane of your existence but it's definitely a good general perk that most killers can get value from.
@@IoThomas22 Plague is honestly so underplayed for how fun she can be! Spraying Corrupt Purge over a wall to down someone is always so satisfying. The only reason people don't play her more is how "complex" she can be I think. She's not that much different from Oni in that aspect because her power can be denied, but she has crazy snowball potential. I think a good build for Plague would be something like Thanatophobia, Blood Echo, Mind Breaker, and some kind of slow down. I would probably suggest Corrupt Intervention because she can infect people a little easier that way, but some slow down perks are just honestly so good that it's like "why would I not take this" like Deadlock. The reasoning is easy. Thanatophobia slows down everyone's repair speeds and encourages cleansing and healing. Blood Echo for when survivors don't heal or cleanse. Mind Breaker for healthy survivors or injured survivors refuse to cleanse, and a slowdown perk to delay the game a bit.
