Having trouble of a WC6515 freezing up after a few minutes to an hour, only functions again after a power off/on, tried to update to latest firmware but the same happens till, any ideas
take backup for you setting
1. Log in to the control panel as a System Administrator.
2. Press the Home button.
3. Touch Device > Resets.
4. To reset the printer to factory defaults, touch Reset to Factory Defaults.
5. At the confirmation message, touch Reset.

erase all customer data-confirm
I can get into the service account but anything I try to do within the "apps" says unable to connect please try again later. even the reset. Do you know of another way I can factory reset my Xerox ?

@@itfixallpc Serial number wasn't working. I had to contact Xerox and they had to send a reset file, then upload to the printer. From there 1111 was working again. If you dont have warranty, this call cost $25.
