We too faced harassment of the Operations Manager. But we knew the General Manager and with his intervention could take my pet to all areas apart from the pool, food area and the mandir.

Seriously.. Management should take serious action against this lady Rita Trott. She doesn’t have minimum customer centric behaviour. Only because of her attitude I wouldn’t recommend this resort to any pet parent. She shouted on us when we refused with this restriction as there was no such clause anywhere.

We majorly had food from outside. But if you plan it in resort , it will be 1200-1400 per person per meal..
