The second thought comes when you are well informed and educated. Similarly, when people see me their first thought could be that i am from any place they want to think. Now the problem comes when these people don't get the second thought only. Maturity is to get that second thought. I do not get mad easily when people misunderstands me till the time it is harmless. It's very easy to say that who I am without getting any offend. If we will reply to their stupidity with hate then things will change slowly( that is what i believe).
If actresses like medium brown Ashwarya, dark brown Deepika and Priyanka and other dark skinned actresses don’t change their skin colors to such ridiculous levels, not to mention reconstruct their faces with plastic surgeries and fake eye colors, it would help so many generations of people to accept themselves and to embrace their own beauty no matter what their color or features.

Ancestral North indians who lived around Indus valley region which includes northwestern India, Pakistan and parts of Afghanistan 10 thousand years ago were medium skinned like middle easterners. While Ancestral South Indians who lived around tropical South India, Sri Lanka, Central Indian jungles, middle and lower Ganges plains of India and Bangladesh were darker skinned and are closely related to Australian aborigines. Plus there existed two East Asian genetic components, Ancestral Austroasiatics and Ancestral Sino-Tibetans who inhabited northeast India and Himalayan regions including Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet autonomous region. All these populations mixed extensively for 5000 years and gave birth to modern Indians and other South Asians. So we have darker people all around India but most of them are concentrated in South and East india(Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chattisgarh, Odisha) while lighter skinned Indians likewise are found all around India but most of them are concentrated in the Northwest. Northeastern indians and Himalayan Indians (Ladakhis, Sikkimese, etc) resemble East Asians but themselves are mixed with ANI and ASI to some extent. Historically Greeks, Scythians, White Huns(Yes, those are distantly related to Attila😁), Turks and Mughals(literatally 'Mongols' but are actually half Mongol and half Turk) also mixed with indians and are totally assimilated both genetically and culturally. Though Turkic and Mughal descendants retain some of their cultures. Because of our mixed ancestry we learnt from each other and created a vibrant, liberal, cosmopolitan civilization which inspires the world even to this day. As we all belong to Vasudaiva Kutumbakam which translates to 'One universal family'. 3000 years ago, a Tamil poet named Kaniyan Poonkunranar wrote 'Yadhum oore, Yavarum kelir' which means 'All towns are ours and all people are our kin'. We are one and the same. We should never discriminate people on the grounds of race, skin colour, religion, caste, creed, class, sex, gender, sexuality and place of origin🙏
Thats not actually not true. India has many races (although most of us are mixed). There are Dravidians, Aryans, Orientals/Mongolians (except foreigners).

I can't believe you reacted to this, she is one of my favorite youtuber although she doesn't make a lot of videos.
Finally a swastikam reaction 😍😍. Need more reaction on her videos and more on kirtichow and rg bucket's list too very good creators
I am from North but have been misunderstood as south Indian multiple times. But there is no harm in that. I don't understand why people get offended if people considers them from any other state (until they are disrespectful). People comment on our hair, eyes etc and we don't get offend then why to offend on our skin colour.
@* 翰荣翰荣 He didn't say as such. He said many misunderstood him to be South Indian
@* 翰荣翰荣 My maa is fair skin and many a times she is also misunderstood as malayali. It's not just skin tone but other features too. And I totally agree with you that stereotypes are wrong and one should stop judging people. And if one is really curious or wants to know they should ask it in a very respectful way.
@* 翰荣翰荣 Bro i know this, i am an anthropology student. I am sorry if i am not able to convey my message correctly to you. I too am on your side. I do believe stereotypes are wrong. But as a human being we do try to put labels consciously or unconsciously. You see a clear drink, your first thought can be that it is water, but then you can think that it can be any other thing.
If we will reply to their stupidity with hate then things will change slowly( that is what i believe).
waiting for swastikam comment😂
yup...yea
If actresses like medium brown Ashwarya, dark brown Deepika and Priyanka and other dark skinned actresses don’t change their skin colors to such ridiculous levels, not to mention reconstruct their faces with plastic surgeries and fake eye colors, it would help so many generations of people to accept themselves and to embrace their own beauty no matter what their color or features.
Write an essay on skin tone😂

Oh you guys reacted to swastikam 🔥🔥
I from Kerala, india, my community is filled with racism other community call us 1940 N Germans, me and most of my community people are Indian white, there are coloured people in my community that seperated from the mainland, they live in a colony, that's the first racism thing, second people show ignorance and uneasy feeling towards them when they approach towards us. There was a slave and master type thing in the past in our community, the coloured people were workers and the whites or higher caste people were their masters. After 1960's this started to fade away but the impact on our community stayed that way. My grandfather donated some land to them in the 70's, we show them respect and we invite them over on various celebrations buy they sit outside and they don't wanna get inside our house, i feel bad and cry.
It's actually colourism
2:00 achara : well cause I glow in the dark !😝😝
6:1 Lord Shani ( Saturn ) is black.
Pretty sure Krishna is too. But when he is portrayed in films and the TV series, he's milky white.
@@DrBGMI77 thats exactly the problem... Even though he is described to be dark skinned in the epics, he is portrayed rather in a bluish tone or just fair skin coz of this mindset
@@kushagraaggarwal1552 he's shown blue because in ancient paintings, bluish black paint was used to denote Ram, Krishna, Vishnu. But the paint became blue after years and people thought he was blue.

I have been telling my friends since years - it is NOT racism! Thank you Anthony!
I am dark skinned - My father's side is light skinned and light eyes and mother's side is dark skinned and dark eyes. Same caste but this happened, maybe my mom's side ancestors banged few native hill tribals of South Gujarat!

you have to watch kirtichow and rg bucket i mean its mandatory
Sswastikam is one of my favourite channels. I really love that you saw her video.
That kannada was noiceee though😂😂
You are getting into the local Indian channels. Hehe.
I love her videos. She needs this boost in fame and hope more people watch her videos
A more applicable term is "prejudice against dark/dusky skin" and a "social predisposition" for fair skin.
Colorism is an actual term
Totally my story before I moved to Canada. I m North Indian and people tried to speak South Indian languages coz of my complexion. I was called “Kali” by my family. When I moved to Canada, everyone at work would try to match their hands to my legs to see if they are tanned properly or not. They would call me golden instead of dark. I tell you even my relatives used to give me dark colours and say this colour won’t look good on you coz of your skin and it better for your sister coz she’s fair!

I guess you didnt get the Momo's joke ! Actually most of the small chinese restaurants here in big cities have northeastern workers who make momos and manchurians. So whenever people see a northeastern they tell them to serve them momo's as a joke
Swastikam is so underrated channel. But I'm glad you guys reacted to her video. Would be really nice if you guys reacted more if her videos and ok tested videos.

Its racism.... Aryan Dravidian theory of races.... read about it.... Its historically been debatable among all of us because we need a unifying factor in India especially in current political climate.
Pretty much every scientist/historian agrees. Only people who like to pretend that indians are one race whine.
Aryan theory is rubbish
@* 翰荣翰荣 Bollywood wood shows god as fair that's the problem but that's not the reality.
according to Indians mentality being fair is equals to being beutifull🖤🖤
I am also fair in colour so my mom keeps on planning my diet and apply facial creams on my face to keep it as it is.

Well to be honest it's not racism because we're the same race it's colorism.
Thats not actually not true. India has many races (although most of us are mixed). There are Dravidians, Aryans, Orientals/Mongolians (except foreigners).
@@seraphicether there's no Aryan race, stop believing Hitler. 🙄🙄
@@PseudoProphet Although the term "Aryan" is more of a cultural identity (than a racial one), an Aryan is a person of PIE origin.
