There was actually 10 members of NCT 127 at one point, but one member, Winwin, now mainly promotes with the Chinese subunit of NCT called WayV instead of 127. NCT 127 actually debuted with 7 members, and then added 2 more in their next comeback after their debut, and eventually added 1 more member in a later comeback. So it's cool how you noticed that there was supposed to be 10 members just based on the numbers 1+2+7.

So glad you finally got to NCT!!! They're super experimental in their sound and they're more than talented enough to really pull it off. Some of their music gets labeled as "noisy" but I think they've really owned that and created their own style. They also have a lot of r&b influences in their b-sides ^^ The 4 units are: NCT 127 (subunit based in Seoul), NCT Dream (subunit with mostly younger members), WayV (Chinese subunit), and NCT U (this is the label for any song with a combination of members that's different from the three previously established units. i.e. songs with select members from 127, dream, and/or wayv will always be under NCT U. as such, every member of NCT is part of NCT U at some point.) I know everyone has their own view/opinion about the MV and almost everyone has that reaction; the only regret I have is not knowing them since debut but the four years i’ve been a NCTzen watching so many their music videos, vlives, Neo Zone track videos with the teasers alone kill me. I also noticed the yellow & black theme in the MV which many have said it reminds them of Kill Bill but the colors have other meanings but it can also represent tribute to Bruce Lee; he used to wear yellow with black strips jumpsuit in his movies & they’re paying homage to him plus if it was about Kill Bill then there would be references within the song. I knew at some point they would reveal they are ninjas; giving off Karate Kid & Regular vibes the more I watch the it. I believe it’s somewhat of a tribute to Bruce Lee since they literally call out his name within the lyrics. I waited so long for this and now it’s here i’m speechless 😶 They didn’t come to play, Ive been trying hard to put their storyline together it’s been extremely hard and I have upsettingly forgotten allot of their story (If there is one). I love how they incorporate Bruce Lee even though he’s chinese who is universal legendary martial arts/kung fu master and actor, I know there’s been many kpop/cpop artists who’ve mentioned or used Bruce Lee name within their songs or title and i’m sure his family would be very happy to hear that he’s not being forgotten. I am so also happy to see our precious boy jungwoo finally back from being absent for awhile because of health issues (his voice/throat). I really love how the song sounds and they look so good. Yay !! Finally nct !!! They are 10 but one member is promoting with wayv the Chinese unit of nct for now, theres wayv, nct dream, nct u and nct 127, some members are part of multiple units, there’s 23 members of different nationalities.

So glad you finally got to NCT!!! They're super experimental in their sound and they're more than talented enough to really pull it off. Some of their music gets labeled as "noisy" but I think they've really owned that and created their own style. They also have a lot of r&b influences in their b-sides ^^
The 4 units are: NCT 127 (subunit based in Seoul), NCT Dream (subunit with mostly younger members), WayV (Chinese subunit), and NCT U (this is the label for any song with a combination of members that's different from the three previously established units. i.e. songs with select members from 127, dream, and/or wayv will always be under NCT U. as such, every member of NCT is part of NCT U at some point.)
Mark is in this unit btw, he's the rapper who referenced Samuel Jackson ^^

I know everyone has their own view/opinion about the MV and almost everyone has that reaction; the only regret I have is not knowing them since debut but the four years i’ve been a NCTzen watching so many their music videos, vlives, Neo Zone track videos with the teasers alone kill me. I also noticed the yellow & black theme in the MV which many have said it reminds them of Kill Bill but the colors have other meanings but it can also represent tribute to Bruce Lee; he used to wear yellow with black strips jumpsuit in his movies & they’re paying homage to him plus if it was about Kill Bill then there would be references within the song. I knew at some point they would reveal they are ninjas; giving off Karate Kid & Regular vibes the more I watch the it. I believe it’s somewhat of a tribute to Bruce Lee since they literally call out his name within the lyrics. I waited so long for this and now it’s here i’m speechless 😶 They didn’t come to play, Ive been trying hard to put their storyline together it’s been extremely hard and I have upsettingly forgotten allot of their story (If there is one). I love how they incorporate Bruce Lee even though he’s chinese who is universal legendary martial arts/kung fu master and actor, I know there’s been many kpop/cpop artists who’ve mentioned or used Bruce Lee name within their songs or title and i’m sure his family would be very happy to hear that he’s not being forgotten. I am so also happy to see our precious boy jungwoo finally back from being absent for awhile because of health issues (his voice/throat). I really love how the song sounds and they look so good. I WISH WINWIN COULDVE BEEN WITH THEM BECAUSE THIS FITS HIM SO MUCH ALONG WITH WAYV WHICH I WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO COME OUT WITH A CHINESE VERSION LIKE THEY DID WITH NCT127’S “REGULAR”. #NEOZONE #127SQUAD #NCT127
