The best way to put a top loader on is to put the penny sleeve on then slip the card in as far as it goes without you pushing it hard then tap it on the table to push it down.

When you got that Kipnis card and it was numbered 19/68, the card art is from 1968, so if you take out the "/" it makes 1968
