Wow....truly inspired by the dedication and sacrifice of these teachers. These are truly teachers who have a passion within them for teaching. They started from scratch and left no stone unturned to achieve what they were supposed to achieve. Hats off to you teachers. upgrade this dienglieng govt lps to govt ups so that drop out students be minimised to zero... because this block and dienglieng area do not have event one govt upper primary school and government high school.......so please uplift this dienglieng area by giving approval to upgrade this school to higher level grade🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Please sir do something on these issues. 1. there are some schools (govt-aided school) in rural areas where teachers do some other works like business and they didn't attend to schools for a long time, Instead of their own duties they send someone. 2. Moreover, i heard there were schools who give fake enrollment just to get those benefits like midday meal,uniforms fees etc. 3. Regarding appointment of teachers in govt-aided schools should be from department sir, don't allow SMCs to conduct it because there are many unfair means. Say like,religious schools appointed only teachers from the same religion or groups. This practice should be eradicate sir. Thank you.
Sir good to watch about your promising videos to uplift the education system in Meghalaya. Sir i would like to draw your attention about the ongoing major corruption in appointing LP and UP Assistant teacher from MTET passed candidates especially in North Garo Hills. Where the candidates have spent Rs. 6 Lakh for the confirmation of getting LP post for which the interview is still going on (source: one of the applicant's father who upon knowing the system tried and have managed to arrange 2.5 lakh, but they said for the confirmation of the post Rs. 6 lakh is mandatory). Therefore Sir if the transparency about the marks and appointment of such an important teacher post can be done, we believe there will be a quality education in our area too.🙏

Lack of teachers, lack of space or separate classrooms, dilapidated conditions of the school, these need to be seriously considered.
