That's the difference between a Indian trader and foreign trader. In India, experience traders always advice that start with equity(stock) trade. Don't start with options. But what Jack sir said that it depends on individual etc etc etc..... Yeah I know that option trading is very risky for beginners. But If you can take risk and you have risk management skill then you can start with options. But first learn some basics.
Bro for develop that risk management skill you need experience for that you have to trade equities develop that skill in options you can develop that skills after blow up your account
As he said we have to spend some time in market he said two to three years

@@movies_sd_hindi I have started with option trading. I lost around 15k in 6 month of trading. Believe me or not, from day 1, I traded with proper risk management otherwise I would have lost big capital. I'm still learning to be a profitable trader.

Takeaways for me:
* Define your methodology and what works for you.
* Takes about 3-5 years to figure out how to do it consistently
* Dont be scared about algo trading. Compared to chess, markets are way more complex. Markets can move together or separately. No algo can work out all the parameters. This is where people can shine
* If you dont want to take profit while market is going up, sell a call, for e.g. This way your profits will be locked in while also potential for upside.
* Remember that options prices both direction equally so trends are not accounted for.
* Most common traits for succesful people - 1) risk mgmt 2) discipline 3) flexibility to admit you are wrong
Only 3 things you need to become really successful in markets :
1. Risk Management
2. Iron Discipline
3. Ability to change your mind - Jack Schwager

Trading as a profession has been a taboo in India because Real Estate and Fixed Income was an attractive class for many decades. Statistics show Indians have 90% of assets in physical assets - property, gold, land etc..so there was no real serious attention given to alternate asset class ie Equities..times are changing now though. People are opening up to new ideas and new types of asset classes.
This taboo needs to be done with.
It's a business, not a video game. Most Indians don't understand that.
