This one hits different 20 minutes in sitting up on my bed when i breathe with just my nose like im going to sleep, my brain started filling in the empty spaces with sounds and with my eyes closed i was back at my job site just sitting there, i guess because i was sitting still irl. I feel like you can see through your third eye or dream while moving now.
I have been in a Dark place far longer than I've been in the Light.
