- Today we are going to prepare a delicious Antequerana porra.
A typical Andalusian cold tomato and pepper soup.
It is very similar to the Cordoban salmorejo, the difference is that the porra has green pepper,
a little vinegar and more bread, otherwise it is exactly the same.

Ingredients for 5 or 6 People:
Tomato on the Branch 1.2 kg
Hard Loaf Bread 500 gr
Extra virgin olive oil 160 ml
Italian Green Pepper 125 gr
2 or 3 Cloves of Garlic
Apple cider vinegar 50 ml
Sea salt to taste
