Even with the N Sane Trilogy coming out soon, I'm still so sad that this game never saw the light of day. The ideas they had seemed really cool, I like the art style, and it seems overall like it would have been a blast gameplay-wise. Thinking about what this could have been, the experience we could have had with it, is honestly still painful. All that potential, all those interesting ideas, just thrown away by Activision, all so they could simply ignore the IP for close to a decade. Such a waste. Still, now that the remakes are almost here, hopefully they will revive interest in the series and be the gateway to some new games somewhere down the line :)
Well was cancelled cause the developers thought that the game play was boring plus Activision didn't had the money to make this an AAA Title cause the past two games before this one didn't sold as much as expected. It honestly surprised me a lot that Radical didn't help Vicarious Visions for the N Sane Trilogy and instead Toys for Bob did since Radical is still around they are just not allowed to make games but rather help other Activision studios with their games such as the first Destiny game. It would have been a blast to see both Vicarious Visions and Radical make the N Sane Trilogy. The Remake is cool and i love it but i would have even preferred the Crash Landed thing alongside the release of CTR 2010 as it seems more unique in comparison to the N Sane Trilogy. Lets just hope that VV or whoever will make the next game makes something in the style of this and not just relie on the retro nostalgia game play of the first 3 + Wrath of Cortex :D
Crash's design reminds me of Toon Link. They could've made something interesting with game, like a open world platformer. It's a shame it was cancelled.
Crash Bandicoot Central Good, you didn't totally steal my idea, I am planning a mockup title screen for Crash Landed :v I want to see how the game would actually feel like as if it was complete
So apparently, they were going to make Dingodile more of a Frankenstein monster since I've seen pictures of that design with stitches (Namely in the cancelled racing game).
Now that we got the remasters of the PS1 Crash Bandicoot and Spyro games, this game should be revived and happen because it looks like it was going to be a really good game.
maybe sony will reveal a new crash game in mid 2017 or even a hidden demo (of that new crash game) in the hd remastered trilogy (it would be awsome if sony released crash landed and an hd remastered crash team racing (CTR
This game probably would have been way better than crash of the titans and mind over mutanat, it's a shame. The ps3/360 crash game that could have been. Maybe some concepts will make it into a new crash game by VV.
Honestly from what we have of this game I have mixed feelings towards it. A part of me is glad that we never got this since it doesn’t look very faithful to crash. On the other hand, it looks it was going to be a good game in it’s own right. Overall I like the idea and story of this what this game would’ve been, however I don’t think it should’ve been a crash bandicoot game but rather it’s own separate I.P.

Radical too busy on whole Prototype sequel. Yeah, So maybe this dead project will revive by VV any future titles soon.
