I think one of the things I like the most about Viola is the game's willingness to engage in slapstick style humour with her. Stuff like her falling on her face or getting her butt lit on fire so she has to run to water to put it out. The kind of Looney Tunes comedy you see with male characters all the time but not so much with female ones. Kind of refreshing and it's a nice contrast to Bayo's constant invincible swagger.
I can't wait for Bayonetta 4 when people will pretend that they always liked Viola like it since the game she appeared first like it has happened to Nero in DMC5
The Nero hate was unjustified. The Viola hate, however, is to an extent. It's less about her character and more about her gameplay style. It was a frustrating mess. Even the devs acknowledged it through patches. I'm sure if she was as fun and interesting to play as Bayonetta, she would've been favorably received. If there is a Bayonetta 4, Hopefully she'll be more polished and have more weapon options. In that case, the turnaround would feel less like the 180 Nero got.
Viola is not an Umbran Witch.....Chesire was a gift from her mother Cereza. Maybe she have umbran witch blood and beast blood but....all the Umbran Witches and Lumen Sages are extinted...she es more like a Demon tamer

Usually a battle theme is supposed to cover a character's whole personality or journey through the current game. A lot of this song reads like Viola didn't get enough time with her... alternate parents? to truly express how she felt about this whole journey.
I just got to play as her for the first time and I think I kinda like her combat a more than bayos, mostly because I'm more prone to being defensive and slower. With bayo I feel like I have to be moving every millisecond where as with viola I feel like I can take my time and strike when the opportunity arises
@@dljb7463 That's valid. For me, though, it's the opposite. I do really well with Bayo because I much prefer dodging than blocking-I love the feeling of constant motion, being completely untouchable while raining destruction on the enemies. Meanwhile, with Viola, I can never really seem to get the timing right with the block, causing me to get hit because I apparently should've done it a millisecond or so sooner, or I could be in the middle of a combo when an enemy decides to fuck me up and I can't block in time, and some of these enemies attack really goddamn fast, too. So, overall, Viola's parrying method for Witch Time isn't for me. But, I'm glad you enjoy it.
@@azazeltheundyingdamienkali5700 now that ive beaten the game and obtained more options for bayo I do like playing her more, she just has more options and I don't just use the starting guns anymore.
@@dljb7463 Same. My current favorite weapon is the Ribbit Libido (Baal's weapon), though that may just be because Baal is my favorite demon in this game. 😅
i love this theme for viola because at her core she's just a big ol' weeb that wants to feel cool and i think this does a good job of giving her that anime protagonist moment
Yes! I just found out about her doing the theme because I haven’t even made it far in the game yet but as another fan of Your Truly, I am over the fucking moon to know that Mikaila is moving up in the industry. This is honestly a collab I didn’t dare expect but am so happy for. 😭
remember when she was first revealed? what a time. after beating bayo 3, i never grew to love a character so quickly. hearing her theme only made me more amped to play as her whenever i could. welcome to the team, viola.
I disliked her from the beginning and even after beating the game, I’m still not the biggest fan of her. I don’t think the VA brings out the best either. It’s very generic punky and just. Ugh.
people were way too hard on her before the game came out, the amount of "dyed hair millenial" shit I saw that claimed she was somehow gonna be a bad character irked me. glad she's getting some love.
Personally, while she isn't awful, she does nothing for me to really like her like I did with Bayonetta,Jeanne, Balder or even Luka. I feel like not enough of her character was really explored in the story. Hopefully if they make a next game they dive deeper into her personality because she could work as the opposite of Bayonetta.
Viola’s theme gives me Devil Trigger vibes! I really like the change in style for her that makes her unique from Bayonetta herself. She seems like such a cool character too! I love the idea of the parrying mechanic and her Cheshire Cat demon!
Me after the first trailer teaser: ooh new ominous rival Me meeting her properly in the game: Oh you're fun Me beating the game: All hail the punk dork!
Alot of people dislike Viola, but I like her. I mean im not going to deny that Bayonetta is number 1 and I don't think Viola can carry the series without her, but she has her own charm that separates her from the likes of Bayo, Jeanne and even Rodin. While they are the epitome of powerful with swagger and elegance, Viola is unique in that sense, she's alot more humourus which I suppose is due to the fact that Luka is her father, but she's also equal parts powerful and badass.
Aside from the fact you don’t think she can carry the torch, I agree with you on everything. But Viola doesn’t just have the power as badassery from her mother. She also has the one of the three core things that make every Cereza in the multiverse Bayonetta: Conviction.
In my opinion, the series NEEDED to have this reset if it were to survive. Where do you go from bayonetta 3 power wise? We controll three demons, two weapon sets at a time, witch time, the counter, myriad of weapon choices and demom choices, multiple forms and costumes... we have killed God, destroyed the angels and devils, defeated the concept of chaos itself... I felt like they literally went all out with this game. I want viola to be the next protagonist. Decreases power level. Changes character from a nearly invincible bad ass to a clutz, but strong willed individual that has a high potential for growth. I wanna see her impro e as a character. Watch her go on lower tiered adventures. I wanna see her make her parents proud. I've been playing these games since the pre-patch ps3 (the one where the pause screen load time was like a minute long). I bought a wii u just to play bayo 2 (yeah, a wii u just to play bayo 3). Pre-ordered bayo 3 on Amazon back when they still had $50 pre orders on December 2 2018... I'm not top tier at playing them, but I love the genre and the series.
Idk about other people but I really like Viola. She's so fucking goofy I can't take her all that serious but she's still a badass in her own way. She still feels vulnerable tho which is nice to see. Her getting teary eyed when she was stuck in the bell was pretty funny and I kinda felt bad for her. 😂 For the next game, I'd love to see more Jeanne tho.
I’d kill to see dmc4 Nero and mgs2 Raiden throw a party for Viola… all while secretly praying she doesn’t get nearly as much flack as they got when they first showed up lol
Say whatever you want, I also didn't liked Viola at first but I grew to like her because : - She loves cats too. - She's actually funny. - She wears TRUE grunge outfits. - She's purple. - She's very kind when you think about it. - Did I mentioned that I love cats ? - I am also from around 2000 and this brings so much joy to me. Edit : also thank you for uploading it.

I disabled Viola R+R dash in this one because everytime i tried spamming shield for getting a decent parry she just dashes forward and take a hit, really hard trial
@@robertflinch2447 while it's true, it's a necessary step on learning. I felt like i was back in my first sekiro playthrough and i still don't really appreciate the "hold attack button while dodging/parrying" mecanic, especilly on the switch
After beating the game I can say for sure viola is my new favorite character. She is definitely a good addition to the series. Sorry loki but you got dethroned All hail the punk!
I liked the second game, but I did not like Loki at all. He was annoying. The ending tried to redeem him, it didn’t work on me. Still didn’t like him. Don’t know why, just didn’t like him.
Unless I missed something, I was really looking forward to understanding how Viola even trained to become a witch in the first place since she seems to be missing quite a few qualities even standard witches we've seen have. (doesn't summon demons with hair, doesn't even have a pact with a demon - rather Chesire is helping her willingly for some reason; if I missed something still, let me know!) She's a fun character to watch while also breaking the idea of what makes a witch a witch. There's so many interesting lore aspects in her character they really didn't explore in Bayonetta 3 I'd like to see.
I don't think you missed anything. The game doesn't explain much, but the way I saw it was Viola was just raised differently than her mother. Several centuries between them and Viola wasn't raised within a coven. I think it's a good and interesting contrast between them. ☺️ Just under explored...
I lean with the reply's argument: Bayo is a 400+ year old Umbran Witch that is considered by her own clan as a heretical abomination which she was discriminated against and grew up with her mother physically separated from her all her life. That is not a healthy environment to grow up in. The way I see it is that she either has no idea how to teach Viola how to be an Umbran Witch (Jeanne is canonically the more skilled of the two, Bayo just have that Shounen MC plot armor) or - treading into YMMV territory - she saw her own training as a problem and wanted to "save" her from a brutal afterlife. Being an Umbran Witch after all is a predestined fate: they will go to Inferno...
Umbra culture ended with Jeanne and Cereza, probably. with the new bayonetta spin-off it seems pretty clear Cheshire was one of Cereza's first demons and its protecting her kin in more of a personal relationship than a contract, that's why he's bound to her sword instead of her.
This song is so fricking good man. This has become my favorite track from the Bayonetta franchise, and one of my favorite song of all time, it just gets better everytime I listen to it, and it just reminds me how much I enjoyed viola and Bayonetta 3, so awesome.
i feel kinda bad ppl hate on viola cuz shes not the type of female characters we got in bayo games before, shes just a teen going through her rebel phase and its so goofy xP i rlly do think shes going to change alot in the next game tho
I hate fighting as viola but her personality and this song that plays during her battles is so fucking good. I think she was a really great addition to the cast (even if I, once again, hate fighting as her).
One of the optional challenges of her's was a massive pain. You could only do damage with witch time so in order to have enough time to do significant damage from the recoil of the parry you had to time it perfectly. Otherwise you don't land much at all.
People are so harsh on Viola, she didn't had much screen time and it is clear that if we had Viola in future games will have a character development. It is difficult not compare her to Nero but, compare to Nero she didn't take the lead and spotlight from Dante, she was a secondary and I want to see more of her because she will have a great character development and more people will love her I'm sure of it.
I do like her but replacing Cereza to a brand new character is way to rushed imo. Considering Cereza is normally the main protagonist of this game. It doesn't makes sense to me. Why kill off a character that everyone loved?...
@@denoetta this. nero went through a proper arc in DMC5 before the passing of the torch happened, and Viola just kinda showed up and now she's the future of the franchise I guess. It feels kinda cheap
@@thelonelycracker8768 To be fair they tried to do the same exact thing with Nero and Dante in DMC 4 and it backfired so hard they tried to reboot the series thinking DMC was dead because of the poor overall response to 4. From what I have seen though, the reception to Viola has been far better than Nero's was in 4.
@@thelonelycracker8768 It's like if DMC4 happened and then Dante and Virgil had no appearance in 5 whatsoever. Obviously Bayo 4 isn't out or anywhere near out but I doubt it'll have Cereza at all and it's all in favor of a character they gave waaaay too little screentime to. It's a huge bummer
I’m still warming up to Viola, but I LOVE this song. Definitely my favorite Bayonetta 3 song and probably my second or third favorite song in the series.
She was always going to be divisive(heck Cereza is very divisive/hated among gamers, but that's their problem) but Viola is much easier to sell as a main character, eventually people will warm up to her. I hope to play as Bayonetta again, but Viola is a fun punk, i like that she keeps her daddy's dorky side
Ik this is a long comment, but i just wanted to rant lol 😅. TLDR: Viola is a "witch in training", so obviously she has a long ways to go. She's also quite literally a teenager and will continue to mature. I low key kinda love Viola lol. She has a perfect blend of Luka's comedic relief and Bayonetta's unapologetic determination. A lot if people hate on Viola and call her annoying (which is valid. That kind of character isn't for everyone) but a lot of people forget that she is literally a High School teenager lol. I feel like a lot of people were super cringy in high school lol. Not only is Viola still maturing, but she's still learning the umbran arts. Like- it took Bayonetta and Jeanne literal centuries to become as powerful as they are. Viola has been alive for less than 2 decades and she has time to grow lol. The fact that she is so young but has already become proficient with witch time and some form of infernal summons (which most witches have to got through years of intensive training before they can even attempt to make a contract with a demon) is remarkable. Not to mention that the whole faerie thing could add super cool combat opportunities. As depressing as the Bayonetta/Luka death is, i think it opens a lot of doors for Platinum Games. The introduction of a multiverse means the potential of getting to play as alternate versions of Bayonetta. The faerie thing could lead to some interesting lore and plot points. And since Bayo was so powerful, she might become a demon like one of the Madamas (who Viola could potentially form a contract with). As controversial as the ending was, I think it gives the developers a bunch of new paths to explore. I'm so excited to see where the Bayoverse takes us next lol!
My biggest disappointment is that they didn't create a hub were you can control bayonetta and move her freely around, let's say, the gates of hell. You could have access to a jukebox and gallery there, as well as the shop, training room connected to the jukebox, access to chapters, changing room... Idk it would just feel right at this point getting rid of the chapter selection map or it could even be implemented within the hub I'm talking about. Training room should definitely and easily be improved: just add more variety for enemies, jukebox within the training room, or infinite health options. Just more options in general would be a nice touch and not too difficult task to accomplish. Let us be loud everybody. Platinum Games are listening and I believe we're not done yet with Bayonetta3 patches and dlcs
I think they originally did have plans to make the game completely open world with that portal island connecting the universes and such and potentially that gates of hell idea you have, but they most likely had to cut it down since it's the switch we're talking about
I feel they did Viola dirty. She's meant to be the new bayonetta, but all we saw in the entire game was someone in the "baby" stages of character development where we have just met her and are beginning to get to know her as Viola, and then she receives that title, which feels very undeserved from my point of view. Yes, it's sweet that Viola got the rights to be called "Bayonetta", after passing the test, but that's all there is, it just feels empty from my perspective as an audience. She helps save the world with her mum and she passes her mum's test, but she herself as a character feels like she's still undefined. If they have given Viola more time to develop, maybe through spin-off games featuring her and then have the title handed off to her, I think the name pass off will feel much more emotionally impacting as we as the audience haven't just seen Viola grow as a person, but we, through Cereza, are handing over that special title, which we associate with our favourite amnesiac heroine and the perseverance and strength she possesses, to Viola. This title might be a simple family memento from mother to daughter in the game lore, but for the audience (at least to me) it is a passing of a torch and we are expected to see Viola be a new "Bayonetta" in future games. Titles in this case meant to represent spiritual successors and the next carrier of the spirit (of feat, strength, memories etc.) of which the name holds.
I know a lot of people don’t like her but you have to remember the first Bayonetta game is about Cereza finding out who she is- give Viola a game to figure out who she is as a protagonist and she’ll be a smash hit
The issue was the game gave her chances but made her clumsy for whatever reason other than being Luka's kid. And even then, I couldn't help but make comparisons to DMC5 with the approach. If they were gonna do that, they should've gotten Bingo to fix the story and character approach.
@@RayzeCruxis ya see I haven’t played any of the dmc games so it didn’t really bug me, however I do understand why people have been making the comparison- also I don’t see why Viola being clumsy is a bad thing, shes still a kid I thought it was charming. And once again maybe She’ll grow out of it by Bayo 4, we haven’t met protagonist Viola yet
@@friendlyanomaly6109 who ever said she had to replace Cereza? No one is going to be as iconic as Cereza- Viola should get to be her own character not a diet version of her parents
First look at thought Viola was gonna be an annoying edgey dork, but as time went on and I saw more of her personality the more I liked her character. He's not and emo edgey dork, she's a cute dork trying to make her parents pround
That's if Platinum is going that route. Keep in mind that each game so far is its universe (which is why the final fight was the way it was). Cereza may still be the lead.
This sounds like one of those old school 90’s Themes from those morning cartoons before school like pepper Ann and loved the song everytime it came on.

SPOILERS: Gosh I love Viola so much. She's Luka's child in more ways than just the goofy personality: she's got his golden heart and perseverance. And she's got Cereza's confidence. She's the best of both of her parents; I'm honestly not disappointed that she'll be carrying on the Bayonetta legacy and I can't wait until we get Bayonetta 4... if it'll happen lol.
She doesn’t have Cereza’s confidence (yet) but she does have her braveness and core spirit, despite being untrained and very new to everything, she still stood her ground against whoever against her, much like her mother
Something I've noticed in this video (and specifically in this video) is that there's an uncomfortable-sounding cut at around 2:05. I'm guessing it isn't there in the actual song. So, why is it in this upload of it?
Playing as Viola was something of a pain in the ass for most of her time in the game. But when you consider how inexperienced she is. It kind of makes sense.
I like to imagine the only reason we only see one side of Viola's room on the map screen is because she doesn't want us to see all the video games, manga, anime posters and figurines she's got (I fucking guarantee you she has at least one RWBY poster if this theme didn't make that obvious)
On a side note, do you think that Viola is a lesbian? I know that some people say that she looks like a lesbian (I don't mean to profile her) and fans originally thought that Bayonetta was a lesbian and doing it with Jeanne. As a himedanshi (male that likes to ship lesbian couples), I'd like to hear your opinion (speculation, I know there's no concrete evidence) about the subject, but please keep it nice.
if anything this game has taught us, we can have multiple universes lol, especially with the B3 universe/Egyptian princess and companion dynamic. imagine a BayoJeanne kid showing up and meeting Viola, would be kinda awkward.
Spoilers Well, Rodin mentioned her "pops" at the end, so either they're talking to him from Hell, or it's another version of Luka. Meaning another version of Bayo too.
It seems like the song is citing violas need to prove herself and become more than just a "little secret". She wants to be seen and not hidden in the background.
I think we can all agree that Viola is, by all measures, a very welcome addition to the Bayonetta franchise. 1 - Tomboy 2 - Actually brings solid variety to gameplay 3 - Doesn't overshadow the main character 4 - Huge potential to grow further 5 - Is just fun to play

I think one of the things I like the most about Viola is the game's willingness to engage in slapstick style humour with her. Warning signs are written on the wall, yet
In my head I can't wrap around it all
And the red that's been dripping down on the edge for far too long, is what we're bleeding for.
I don't wanna be a ghost and don't wanna be a little secret.

Usually a battle theme is supposed to cover a character's whole personality or journey through the current game. A lot of this song reads like Viola didn't get enough time with her... alternate parents? to truly express how she felt about this whole journey.
A "Rebel Spirit" to Bayonetta's "Show It & Own It"
Two different takes on the same overall "Unapologetic" style.
Viola is a *fun* addition
I just got to play as her for the first time and I think I kinda like her combat a more than bayos, mostly because I'm more prone to being defensive and slower. With bayo I feel like I have to be moving every millisecond where as with viola I feel like I can take my time and strike when the opportunity arises
@@dljb7463
That's valid.

Same.
As a fan of Yours Truly, finally realizing that this was being sung by Mikaila Delgado pleased me immensely.
Thought it sounded familiar! Not the first song titled “Ghost” she’s sung either!
@@shadowangel111 Oh yeah learning this song's title made me chuckle.

From the trailers I thought I would dislike her. She so rapidly became a great character and even more fun to play as.
Yeah Viola turned out to be a fantastic character
I love the idea of the parrying mechanic and her Cheshire Cat demon!
it feels so kinda like Devil Trigger and Raiden´s music style from MGR combined.

THE PUNK DORK I CANT
@@jacobleyh993Honestly… I don’t think she’s good enough to carry the torch.
@@1423big I just hope we won't be limited to a single sword in the next game.
For the next game, I'd love to see more Jeanne tho.
i would like to repeat my previous comment:
Nero and Raiden approve this.
Nero and Viola would absolutely be pals
I’d kill to see dmc4 Nero and mgs2 Raiden throw a party for Viola… all while secretly praying she doesn’t get nearly as much flack as they got when they first showed up lol
Nero, Raiden, and Viola all get together and immediately Cheshire, Nico, and Blade Wolf all somehow get into mischief
Say whatever you want, I also didn't liked Viola at first but I grew to like her because :
- She loves cats too.
- She's actually funny.
- She wears TRUE grunge outfits.
- She's purple.
- She's very kind when you think about it.
- Did I mentioned that I love cats ?
- I am also from around 2000 and this brings so much joy to me.
Edit : also thank you for uploading it.
"No mom, im bigger now, i dont eat happy meals anymore, only meals" the song
"But I want a toy tho"
Crazy as fuck we get a paramore like theme in bayonetta of all things
Cody Matthew Johnson is apparently my favorite artist alive right now. If i had to use one word to describe his style it would be "Rebellion". Feels like every song is a big middle finger to everyone in your way. Love it.

Viola is easy the best part of Bayonetta 3, I love her so much
@albescentrose7225 you're entitled to post horrible comments
Probably one of the biggest giveaways to who Viola is, is her grappling hook
It was in front of us all yet we overlook it
My friend was streaming the game and i commented to use the double jump and hold B...he had a mental breakdown
I hate fighting as viola but her personality and this song that plays during her battles is so fucking good. I think she was a really great addition to the cast (even if I, once again, hate fighting as her).
they updated her gameplay incredibly tho you should check it out!!
huh I actualy enjoyed her gameplay better than bayonetta´s and the motivation this song gave me in every fight helped.

I’m still warming up to Viola, but I LOVE this song. Definitely my favorite Bayonetta 3 song and probably my second or third favorite song in the series.
what great about Viola that she make half of fanbase really like her and other half hate to the bone
This rocks! Can't wait to play as her once i get the game in the mail! I think I've got a new favorite character!
This song and Viola sent me back to the 2000s. I love it. Felt like I was looking through the CD section of a music store around that time.
Feels like a lost Paramore track. I love it!
Enough
Check out the band Yours Truly, that’s the band this singer is from
I love that she have the same Japanese V.A. than Jolyne Cujoh in the games, I'm sure they would br best friends if they met
I think they originally did have plans to make the game completely open world with that portal island connecting the universes and such and potentially that gates of hell idea you have, but they most likely had to cut it down since it's the switch we're talking about
Nintendo is ruining every franchise they end up owning
Bayo 3 could be so good and beautiful, like Bayo 1, but it looks like shit and 30 fps
Even if the Bayonetta was Viola's mum from her world, the title hand off still feels empty and undeserved.

LOL because i do really think its Casey Williams
It really sounds like one of those songs. Absolute banger-
Also, The World Ends With You fan?👁👁
@jeph ii nah it's Chess Galea
@Karmic Crotal music in that game do be bangin
@jeph ii Unless they're the same person in which case I'm a clown lol
I love Mikaela, she nailed this 😍
So i finished Bayo 3 and if i saw credits right,
GH()ST is actually composed by Cody Mathew Johnson - composer of Subhuman from Devil May Cry 5
EDIT: in ingame jukebox Cody Mathew Johnson is credited for making lyrics for the song, not the music my bad.
So it really is devil trigger 2.0 0_0
Edit nevermind
@@joshualighttime604 Devil Trigger was done by Casey Edwards. Also my bad Cody Mathew Johnson is credited for making lyrics for the song, not the music.
@@raven12333 oh okay.
My favorite theme and song in the game it’s too catchy man
I welcome her with open arms to the bayo series.
This song blew my mind 🔥🤘🏾🖤!!!
My new favorite bayonetta character l love her so much😆
Flying jellyfish about to have a great time taking your sanity.
SPOILERS:
Gosh I love Viola so much.
I think it will continue but it’ll be at least 4-5 years hopefully till we get the Bayo 4 development announcement then another 2-3 til release lol 😅
I don’t think they’ll make us wait that long again.. at least I hope not
If she was even a hair less likeable I think I would have hated the ending. She proved a worthy successor.
@@KenSamaGomenasai Seriously though, the writers did such a good job with her. I cried super hard at the end but she's gonna do great.
I love this theme song. So much 2000s nostalgia!
I just hope someone can mix perfectly viola theme with nero devil trigger theme
I would pay to see that
Yeah me too
If we only ever get a Nero/Viola teamup instead of Dante/Bayonetta, the music will be worth it.
Broke: Nero/Viola teamup
Woke: Cheshire/Nico/Van teamup
Viola is ABSOLUTELY a RWBY fan, she screams RWBY. I also think she'd have watched Angel Beats and bawled at it lol
@@otakujin100 himedanshis are fetishists
@@dhampir_days what's your point?
@@otakujin100 maybe consider not being a fetishist? something that is highly disrespectful?
Viola is basically bayonetta Nero
And I love it she even has her own devil trigger and I just her she's so adorkable
I just hope bayonetta/jeanne don't disappear because of Viola 😢
if anything this game has taught us, we can have multiple universes lol, especially with the B3 universe/Egyptian princess and companion dynamic. imagine a BayoJeanne kid showing up and meeting Viola, would be kinda awkward.
Spoilers
Well, Rodin mentioned her "pops" at the end, so either they're talking to him from Hell, or it's another version of Luka. Meaning another version of Bayo too.
I wonder if Viola dyes her hair blonde/yellow or if she inherited the color from her Grandpa?
The whole soundtrack to b3 is a banger, but this one is the clear winner imo
I love how this contrasts the music we associate with Bayonetta. Bayonetta is more upbeat jazz while this is just punk rock.
Lol I’m surprised she grew on me. Her combat and parry mechanic were great too.
god damn, this one's good. Almost makes me think of something from old rwby
It seems like the song is citing violas need to prove herself and become more than just a "little secret". She wants to be seen and not hidden in the background.
This is the best Paramore song of the past decade
When I saw her first i thought she would be so fkin annoying. She's now in my top 5 characters in Bayo.
WHOAAAAAA
I NEVER MEANT TO BRAG
BUT I GOT HIM WHERE I WANT HIM NOW
WHOAAAAA
IT WAS NEVER MY INTENTION TO BRAG
TO STEAL IT ALL AWAY FROM YOU NOW
This theme be hittin
People were hard on Viola, but I think she’s just going through her DMC4 Nero phase. Let her hit her DMC5 phase, then I’ll pass judgment
ただただかっこいい
それに尽きる
I think we can all agree that Viola is, by all measures, a very welcome addition to the Bayonetta franchise.
1 - Tomboy
2 - Actually brings solid variety to gameplay
3 - Doesn't overshadow the main character
4 - Huge potential to grow further
5 - Is just fun to play
All but 7. And it's just because I seriously suck at her parrying mechanic hehe
Warning signs are written on the wall, yeah,
In my head, I can't wrap around it all,
And the red that's been dripping down on the edge,
For far too long, it's what we're bleeding for.
I don't wanna be a ghost and don't wanna be a little secret,
My heart's sinking on the other side, trapped between the walls that you'll never find.
You'll never- You'll never find,
You'll never- You'll never find,
You'll never find.
My heart is buried in sinking sand,
My fate, my time slips right through my hands,
From the top of my lungs I'm screaming, speaking in tongues: "Why can't you hear me?
Why can't you hear me?"
I don't wanna be a ghost and don't wanna be a little secret,
All the hate grows inside of me,
These memories that I can't speak of,
I'm the ghost within you, you're my history,
Beggin' to be free, but you don't hear me.
Can't repeat this nightmare, this misery,
In a loop, it’s tearing apart at the seams,
In a loop, let's rewrite our history,
And I won’t stop, but now the Fates got me.
I don't wanna be a ghost and can't have any unfinished business,
The world's weight is on my shoulders, set me free, the fire in me that's trapped inside,
The fire that's trapped inside,
The fire that's trapped inside, that's trapped inside.
My eyes are blinded, a cloudy night,
And the storm inside me is raging wild,
From the top of my tower, I'm waitin',
Still is the air, why can't I save me?
Why can't I save me?
I don't wanna be a ghost and don't wanna be a little secret,
All the hate grows inside of me,
These memories that I can't speak of,
I'm the ghost within you, you're my history,
Beggin' to be free, but you don't hear me.
Thank you so much for this
