- Rubba and I go car camping by a dam using tarps. Smokey Joe Weber smoked meat for dinner. Heavy rain during the day and cooking bacon and eggs for breakfast. Some strong winds on the last night tested the tarps and suction cups on the car.
It doesn't get any better than that!

I have cancer bro, so I just love watching your videos living life, doing all the things I used to do. I am watching this video laid up in bed recovering from my chemo, I miss the outdoors, diving, fishing, camping, tramping, gardening, ngā mihi Mike for all your content. Good memories for me.

I love to watch all the videos. Always has interesting convo and beautiful shots of scenery. We watch as a family cause partner and 12yr old loves your vids too.
I tried to watch loads of other fishing, camping, "solo camping" (title seems to attract a lot of clicks) and foraging type videos but yours, clay tall stories and kiwibush man are my favorites by far.

Fantastic mate. Another great camping video. The only way i eat canned spaghetti is straight out of the can cold. I also like to mix it with canned tuna. I will have to get me one of those jetboil setups for the boat. They so good. Well done mate ⛺️ 👌

Been watching Weka...question?....sounds like u complaint most on the latest camping videos abt quality of tarps but its cheap kmart stuff...cheaps = bad quality....anyways exciting fishing and gathering videos are better 🤣🤣🤣👉
I've had no problems with kmart stuff at all, good quality . The tarps are from bunnings and when they say heavy duty you would expect them to be heavy duty

mean alright bro..she looked abit wet out alright, should try putting 1 bigger tarp over all of them after youve put the other 1s up, i did it 1 time an it worked mint as it covered up those little gaps that let all the rain in,👌 solid vid though bro loving the solo camping missions

You will be surprised how little downtime you have filming stuff like camping and cooking. Not as relaxing as what you might think, but I watch a little bit of Netflix
great video Michael, im enjoying these car camping vids and the cooking aswell, buy some antibacterial hand wipes, saves using your water to clean your hands and they good for cleaning your cooking utensills
I usually take a few bottles of water on these trips
