Yep, I'm still only into my 2nd duck season. Unfortunately, I don't really have anyone to show me the ropes, other than TH-cam. Still practicing a lot with my call, and doing my best to only call at wing tips and tail feathers. Up for any advice you have to offer.
@@RockyTVOutdoorsno need to call at every bird you see. Often they will come into the decoys with no calling at all. If they are interested but not committing try just light quacks with feeder calls mixed in when they are close. Comeback calls are for when they are far away or flying away or if they are losing interest. Also watch some videos on how to blow a duck call, practice makes perfect.
