Hi, according to d manual, the heating element can be tilted 45 degrees for cleaning purpose. I am not sure how to do that. Do u know ? I hv unscrewed the heating element, but dont know how to tilt it. Am scared to push down the heating element bcoz I dont want to break anything inside it. Did I do it right ? Tq.
The rack is metal, can you use it when "microwaving"? Also, wont the plastic parts of the rack and the rotator wheels melt when grilling since they are plastic?

Hi there, Yes, I've used it for batter to cake a few times. Cake in a bigger tin seems to turn out dense. I baked in small paper cups and it turned out fluffier.
First time trying it, did you feel that there is weird noise coming out of it? i did a empty auto blast for a few sec and there is a sound coming out, maybe its the iron inside heating up? I also tried microwave, seems ok. after heating up, smoke start coming up from the back, its normal right? haha
Hi Ashlyn, There is no weird sound when I use it. And the appearance of smoke doesn't sound right. Better to get it checked since it's under warranty. 👍

I too wipe the roof after steaming with 1-part lemon, 1-part vinegar, and 3-parts water. Samsung should have designed the grill roof bars to remove or bend on all models for easily cleaning the microwave roof. I plan to clean the entire oven, especially the grill bars and roof, with my Vapor Clean Pro6 Duo steam cleaner when I get time. I hope this will reduce how much I have to awkwardly bend to see and clean the grill bars and roof, especially those vent holes.

The 2nd one I've seen is the frozen pizza. Are there any more, please? I've just bought mine 3 weeks ago and I'm still fumbling with the roast chicken using Hotblast auto menu for roasting whole chicken. Over roasted, skin shrinks. MC35R8088 this is exactly like your model. 19/9/21 Sunday I used convection to bake 3 mini loaves. At least this one seem more successful.

The metal rack is not for microwave, it's only for grill and other functions. 😃

Yes, there is a rotate off button on the panel. Tried paying the picture here but could not.
Did the steamer come in the box inside the microwave or did you receive it in a seperate box? Mine came without it.

How do you clean the top grill, does it pull down to allow yout to clean the roof of the oven?
