Passang Drawa= Passang= Friday (Venus) The singer is comparing the beauty of Friday (Venus) with other hundreds of stars. And the girl (whom the singer is talking about) with other hundreds of girls. Saying Passang is more beautiful than other stars likewise you are more beautiful than other girls.
(Passang is related with celestial bodies. Like western, Tibetan astrology too have given names to the days. So, Passang is the fifth day, which comes after Phurbu (Thursday) and before Penpa (Saturday) Generally, Tibetans consider Passang or Friday as a lucky or good day.)
Kherang Drawa = Kherang = you & drawa= similar. So it is, similar to you.་ E.g. You are similar to Moon and so on.
