Andrew Scott she has a decent voice. Listen to her early days with SG singing "Do You Think About Me" she has the lead there. And as you see in this video she's a pretty good dancer. She worked hard in her performing arts school to hone this talent

I think Geris voice is more similar to Britneys. Victorias voice sounds like Rachel Stevens.
