Teresa's family found some batches of unpublished recordings while sorting out her 'relics.' Li Shouquan (李寿全) rescored/revised them and achieve this album.

The writer here also explained that she never released those songs (in Inoubliable album that include this song Bu Liao Qing/Endless Love). Some people hated this album because it sounded really different compared to her usual singing style.
And one more thing, this album was released by UNIVERSAL MUSIC.
Do you think it could be possible to release an album in the name of Teresa Teng, but the one who sang the song wasn't her...? Their family can sued them if that was true. But in fact, as you can see (1st link), her family found these recordings.
If you asked me, does this album sound different compared to her usual singing style? I definitely think so.
But, you must know that some of them are unfinished. Even though some of them are finished, she never released them until her death.
Maybe she thought that these songs weren't the best of her and won't satisfy us. So, she never released them.
