A catered Holiday dinner...behind the scenes of one of my personally prepared celebrations

Today's video shows an evening serving a dinner for guests in someone's home before Christmas. Although I cater quite a lot, doing smaller, more intimate experiences with food are my true love. Being a part of personal celebrations around this time of the year, or any other, is an honour. No doubt you will see more "behind the scenes" evenings like this down the road...we had so much fun cooking dinner for these folks! Enjoy!
