Those beautiful windows are a major classy selling point. Never loose that aesthetic with crowding out the view with over the top curtains/blinds. Pretty please.
Consider adding safety hooks to the back of your bookshelf, sometimes tall furniture pieces may tip over if not balanced. Its better to be safe, especially with kids in the home.

The rings on the curtains are nice...the curtains on the end have that shower curtain look that seems to be a thing.
Without the rings!!! Get the auto certain opener on amazing. Push the button and the curtains open!
The rings spaced out more on the shears elevates the look. I like the designer's comment on sheers and curtains on a double rod. It actually makes better use of your curtains that way. Close the 'blackout' curtains at night or open them with the sheers closed, blocking the view from the outside in during the day. Your first floor looks very nice. It is very full. For a change later on, you can pare down, for example, three chairs at the kitchen counter, one chair by the stairs and/or remove the sofa table to open the flow into the rooms. Like words laid out on a page, you need some blank space for the viewer's eye to rest for attractive design. You don't want the rooms to be too 'busy' and distracting from the beautiful items in them. As the saying goes, 'less is more.' You have made some really beautiful selections for your decor that you can rotate in and out. My Mom use to tell me 'you don't have to wear all your jewelry at once,' lol.

Hi Mercy, just an opinion from a designer. Hanging the sheers on the same rod as the drapery is a design style no, no. It's recommended to use a double rod instead. You can achive this by changing the hooks to double hooks. However, if that's your choice then I would say have everything on the rings but seem like you have the rings to close together. Use the distance on the drapery to help you judge. Stay blessed ❤

But there is blinds so technically doesn’t have to open and close the drapery so still works in that case. But otherwise would definitely be a pain to open and close!😅😅😅
