of course, I don't understand English military uniforms, but these are not the grenadiers in the excerpt from the film, the grenadiers have other hats, they have no brims on the sides, so that these brims on the cap do not interfere with throwing a grenade. Then they were round balls with a wick.
In late 18th and early 19th Century a British Army Battalion would have 10 companies. This would include one Light and one Grenadier Company as well as 8 Line Companies. Hope that helps.
Through centuries. The British Redcoats uniform have evolved. The hat you're referring to is the Bearskin Hat. They wear it following the event of Napoleonic War. Most likely during Queen Victoria Era As War Trophies and rewards
The Grenadier were elite and would be the tallest men in the regiment. The title Grenadier was bestowed on the 1st Foot Guards in recognition of them repulsive the attack of the French Imperial Guard at the closing stages of the battle of Waterloo. Thereafter, they were given the privilege to wear the bearskin.

Tanks is a good image - North Africa, World War Two, British armor was nowhere nearly as good as Rommel's, and the German 88 tore them to bits. Monty was not happy with his tank commanders at El Alamein, but the tank people, they died facing the enemy... Same quality of men - just a different war
@ most British regiments have their own unique march, the Queen’s/ King’s regulations doesn’t necessarily restricts the use of other marches or even types of music,Guards have been heard playing various show tunes including the “Imperial March” from Star Wars!

To be proud of the fact that your people were once "afraid" is the lot of stupid and narrow-minded people. Great Britain gave the world 142 Nobel laureates, Turkey - 4... Armenia - 3. This is one of the indicators that determine the place of a nation in the modern world. Mongolia - 0. Genghis Khan and Tamerlane were really feared at the time.

The shortest battle for this officer. Two notes of flute, two steps, two minutes of battle

Why am I getting an image of tanks in my head while listening to this song? 🤔

"The British Grenadiers" is playing yet the troops are a battalion company, not Grenadiers. 😁
A mere technicality, line regiments and battalions are given a little leeway in their repertoire for their fife and drums.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe some Fusilier regiments marched to the Grenadier march as well.

The officers start out with white leggings/boots that turn into black boots.
If Latin America had been colonized by the former British Empire, we would actually be like Australia/New Zealand/the United States and Canada.
That's the rumor. Cheers!
